5LOVE the size and features!
By Momof2boys
Bought this for our second home and it is a perfect size. I can move it around anywhere I need to .. from the office, to the kitchen counter, to the back patio. It does NOT have a disc drive but I knew that before I bought it. I have used it for over a month with no problems of any kind. The keyboard is a nice size and I love that everything is wireless (keyboard, mouse, and even monitor if I want to unplug it for awhile.) The only thing I am still getting used to is Windows 8 - not a fan of Windows 8 yet.

4Fast and Efficient vs Heavy and LOW Battery life
By Live_Aloha
I had a laptop at work and it was getting extremely uncomfortable to use for my line of work. I have been looking into desktops and mainly all in ones to replace it yet I did not want to pay the iMac price. Saw this in Bestbuy and decided to toy around before buying it. I have had it for 6 months now and am fairy happy with it. This all in one is like a giant tablet with desktop's soul (lol). Here are my top 4 pros and cons in my OWN words without getting all geeky and technical:

PROS:

1. It's both touchscreen and operated with a mouse and keyboard.
2. WI-FI AND LAN operated
3. BIG and BRIGHT screen
4. RUNS very fast and efficient

CONS:

1. Does not have a CD/DVD ROM
2. Battery life is EXTREMELY low - 2 hours or less
3. The USB and other cable slots are tucked behind the screen so you have to turn it around all the time to find the correct slot
4. Although it's like a big tablet, it's pretty heavy and you cannot shove it in a laptop case and carry around

Sony is known for making very good electronics so even with all the flaws I am still very happy with the purchase and it definitely replaces bulky desktops without burning your wallet

4Sony Vaio Mobile All-In-One - Not Quite "Mobile" At Almost 20 Pounds...
By Sheila Chilcote-Collins
I have been a Sony "fan" for ages, starting with my first handheld cassette tape recorder in the early 1980's (of which I still have and it still works perfectly) to my Sony Walkman, Sony portable DVD/Blu-Ray Player, and Sony Mavica Camera. Sony has always been a reliable company in my experience so I was interested to see how I would like their computer-related offerings. I received this laptop, plugged it in and "away I went"!!!

The first thing that was BLINDINGLY obvious was that this is a really gorgeous machine. Mine is white. Also such a plus was the SUPER FAST connectivity and "booting up". The 20 inch display is beautiful! Watching video on this screen is EXCELLENT! I also like the mouse that was included and use it quite frequently. I was already familiar with Windows 8 so this laptop really has a fluid movement for me. Touchscreen is flawless.

The software, for the most part is WONDERFUL! I love the Sony Imagination Studio! Especially the music software! I miss Microsoft Works/Microsoft Outlook for e-mail though, but with a little research there are so many other FREE alternatives out there to download that I am liking the change. I use OPERA MAIL to link all of my e-mail accounts together, Firefox for my browser and AVG/Spybot/Spyware Blaster as opposed to the free trials that are installed on this laptop at the factory.

Overall, I have no complaints about this other than it is quite heavy for a "mobile" large tablet. I was hoping to be able to use this more as a tablet, but have used it as a desktop because of it's weight. However, all in all, a great SONY all-in-one at a very reasonable price!
