ALL IN ONE DESKTOP BY DELL

This is, by far, the BEST computer I've EVER owned!! I've bought, brand new, 2 laptops, 1 died so I bought another. Then I realized it would be a great idea to have a nice all in one desktop so that I don't always have to pull out the cooling tray, attach it to my laptop and then either use the battery and wait for it to tell me to plug the computer in, etc., etc. This desktop is SO easy to use and it's ON in no time! None of the pulling things out of a laptop bag and plugging everything in. THIS computer has a HUGE screen and I LOVE IT! Dell tech support helped me set it up with no problems and they were extremely patient and very good at their job; actually it was ONE person, very kind, funny and again SO patient. I wasn't home for the first delivery, so I got it the next business day with NO problems! I could not ask for more w/an all in one 23 inch touch!! AWESOME!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

Love my new Dell

My old Dell was purchased in 2007, so it was definitely time for a new computer. The reason I bought another Dell is because they always last me so long. 6 years return on a computer is pretty good. I was hesitant about purchasing an all in one computer but for my purposes it is perfect and I love it. Very easy to set up. Just plug and play. It is virtually all wireless, even my printer. I LOVE that there are no more cords all over the place. I love that there is no huge box sitting on the floor for the CPU and that it is included in the back of the large 23" screen. I even love Windows 8. Not sure what all the fuss is about. I could see it possibly being a problem for businesses but for my personal use it was pretty easy to figure out. I love the touch screen monitor and it is huge. I love that the CD/DVD drive is on the right of the computer and there are easy access USB ports on the left of the computer as well as inputs for camera cards. Not much bad to say here. I am thoroughly pleased. Thank you Amazon as always for the wonderful service and getting me the computer in 2 days with my prime membership:-)

Shame on you Amazon!

Beware. After contacting Dell to register this desktop, i was told the warranty was not a full year since it is a REFURBISHED system. NOWHERE on the amazon site does it state this is a refurb. Very disappointed in Amazon. PC itself is good...for now...
